Wholesale Terms & Conditions
WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Because we are constantly adding to and improving our product mixture.
MINIMUMS: Your first order needs to reach $250. You can order, anything you want to make it up to the $250 opening order
RE-ORDERS: $150 minimum order is required for re-orders. If you are one of our returning vendors and wish to pay within 14 days of your order, let us know and we will update your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to JoyceMarieVeganSkincare@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Square, Cash App, PayPal and checks are all accepted forms of payment and should be made out to Joyce Marie Skincare.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, Shipments are typically dispatched within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to be processed. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and is prepared for shipment. Prices considered on a case-by-case basis.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS: All our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at JoyceMarieVeganSKincare@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in shipment. At this time damaged goods are handled on a case by case basis, however damaged product must be identified and documented with supplied photography for our records. Returned merchandise will not be accepted .
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned but will be replaced in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
